Clean Up Package

Let us help. Add the "clean up package" to any package. Let us take care of packaging up your decor and putting away and the tables and chairs.
How does the booking process work?
First off, we always like to schedule a tour to make sure we are the right venue for you! If our venue is the perfect fit, then we require a 50% deposit to hold your date. The remainder balance is due 6 months before your date.
What is not included?
We do not include linens as well as your specific decor. You are also responsible for booking your own caterer, photographer/videographer and DJ. You must use our certified bartender that is also an additional fee. Our clients are also responsible for their own set up/tear down
Are we allowed to extend our hours or have a rehearsal?
If we do not have a wedding booked 45 days in advance you may pay our hourly rate of $250 an hour to set up/have a rehearsal the day before. We require a two hour minimum. We do not allow hours to be extended at the end of the event. All events must end by 11 pm
Can we change our date?
We get it, stuff happens. If you need to change your date your non-refundable deposit will go towards the balance. However, you are subject to the most updated package price.
Is an Event Coordinator included?
Since our price reflects a self service venue, we do not include event coordination of your day. We are more than happy to help with ideas/suggestions but we are not responsible for directing the flow of your day.
Can we bring our dog?
It must be discussed prior to your event. All dogs must be leased the entire time. We charge a $100 fee.
